教授级高级工程师,师从食品泰斗金世琳导师研修食品工程学。是国内现代化生产奶酪、脱盐乳清粉第一人,曾多次获的国家和自治区技术进步、新产品开发等奖项,获得国家和国际专利多项。现供职于新加坡olam国际高级技术顾问、芬兰lapland控股的绿都拉普兰食品有限公司总顾问、水木年华创办的水木晶世食品(北京)公司首席专家、包头轻工学院食品工程系教授。曾为国内多家大、中型食品(乳品)企业支持设计建厂。
